I booked this company for my move. Paid upfront and they never showed up They didn't take my calls or even bother to respond. Crooks.
If I ever need a mover again these will be the guys I call. My mvoe cost was exactly what my estimate was and that made my dad and I very happy. If I would of been more prepared I would of had them load my patio furnture as well but I had too many bags to fit it in the moving truck. No complaints the best mvoers I could of ever hired. They deserve the postive reviews. 5 stars
Our relocation was planned and executed by compass real estate and our agent had us hire Monster Movers. The movers worked well together and the office was nice to deal with. We liked that you could pay by phone on the day of the move with a credit card. When we have hired other moving companies in the past, we were expected to have cash to pay them. Overall a great moving company if you are moving from DC to Quincy, MA
