Riciculous delivery service!! At the shop the offerd me free delivery. On the day of delivery boxes were not fit in my unit door. I suggested driver to unbox them, he said " I will get $50 for that "!!!. At the end of the job, he refused to take the boxes down from lift , although the bins had easy access just next to the lift on basement !! He saw my little toddler was alone at home!!. So frustrating. I had to take them all down , as a lady took 20 mins for me to drag them down while leaving my son alone at home. Very str... read more

We had a great experience buying our sofa lounge from this store. The quality is good and affordable price. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. Delivery was smooth , quick and on time. Not a single complain received from delivery team even if our floor unit is at 3rd level and only accessible by stairs. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for stylish, well-made furniture and suitable with your budget ☺️
Seriously good service. Lena was amazing, answered questions, was patient with our checking and rechecking of measurements to make sure we could get it in the door. Offered alternatives, best of all she was on hand but not smothering and allowed us all the time and space needed to discuss amongst ourselves without any sort of sales pressure one often gets. Maybe it would have been a different experience if everything had gone smoothly. Just be aware that if you change your mind about anything, you will lose your deposit. Anyone can be great when you’re buying from them — true service shows when you face an issue. Nothing is cheap for no reason.
