Better customer service. Back on August I had a order I spend close to $200. I ordered shorts and shirts. When I received my order the company send me all wrong size. I order large not xl. I went back to see if it was my mistake and I order all correct size. I email three times and called several times so they can fix my order. They never answer their phones or reply back. Also no communication from them about the Monsta club monthly subscription. No Sep and Oct monthly shirts.
I would not recommend ordering from this company. Placed order almost 6 weeks ago and still have not received my order. Received confirmation order was processed and payment hit my account. Did not receive any shipping info. Have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Terrible customer service.

the shirts are too short. first time I ordered and last time I'll. there's too many quality shirt companies to deal with this. tried telling customer service, but they act like keyboard warriors.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. POOR POST SALE SERVICE. I bought a t-shirt, the product arrived with a cut label, with marks from the application of the silkscreen, the size is bigger than the one specified on the website, and as it comes with the cut label, you cannot even check the size. I sent photos of the terrible product I received and returned to me saying that there is nothing wrong, that they will not make the exchange.
RecommendedI like the way these shirts fit. I have ordered from them online several times but this is the first time stopping at their retail store. The staff was friendly and courteous. They didnt have the shirt I was looking for in stock but one of the staff members went ahead and made one for me in just a few mins. Highly recommend these guys and love supporting small business owners
I really think the material and their style is outstanding. HOWEVER, they have yet to complete an order correctly and in a timely manner. Sweatpants came in extremely small and customer service gave the impression of not our problem. Most recent I ordered a pair of shorts and after a month I replied to them saying hey what’s going on it’s been a month and now it’s late.
