Troy from Monson Transport is AMAZING! He always goes above and beyond with delivering packages. He always calls if no one is home, and there’s been times I’ve asked him to deliver to where I was which I knew was out of his way and didn’t at all expect it but he did it without any hesitation. He’s always very polite and considerate towards my elderly Mum, and he’s just a friendly guy. Give the guy a promotion!
Absolutely pathetic parcel sat in there shed for two weeks and I ended up having to drive through myself to collect.not even worthy of one star. And don't answer phone calls

Changed my delivery date twice after receiving a text TWICE saying it will show up that day and it’s been pushed back another week. They never answer their phones and I ordered my package from Melbourne to Tasmania Australia on the 16th of November and today is the mail 1st of December!!!! I tried contacting the company I bought from and they contacted these losers and they told them to apparently shut up and wait. My order was a couple thousand and I don’t want it damaged in any way!
