Along with two friends we had a fun and productive time yesterday. We did the salt cave and the foot detox. None of us had ever been in the salt cave. I could tell a difference in my sinuses by early evening and definitely this morning. I do not have my constant drip and blowing. TMI. Hopefully it will last forever but I will definitely do again if the drip returns. We took advantage of the March special, two activities and draw for a 10-30% discount. Kayla is not only good at what she does but I believe she truly cares about her clients wellbeing. The wellness center itself is very warm and welcoming. Those working there are also very friendly & caring! I'm proud of what Kayla has accomplished in her young life! If you need a massage Monroe Wellness is the place to go! They offer much more than massage therapy. Check them out!
