I love Monroe's, they really take care of your needs and want to please the customer. I love Miss Gillian, she is absolutely wonderful, she does an excellent job! Kudos Monroe!
I have very difficult hair to cut AND make look nice without lots of styling. Gillian took the time to cut and layer my hair. When she asked me how heavy it felt when it was still wet I told her and she cut some more off where it was still heavy. After she dried it she noticed that there was still a heavy feeling to a part of my hair and cut it some more. She texturized my hair so that the layers would blend well, another must for my hair!
