Mother in law was there in independent living for over 3 years. Complete lockdown during Covid and they did the best they could do. When she required a move to assisted living, we were told there was NO availability and no timeline to give us. Left us no other choice but to move her.to another facility. Needed to give them 60 days' notice to move out. So, 2 months of payments at over $4,000 a month after she moved out. Awaiting return of check for another 2 months with excuses galore.
