It's a mixed bag. They are very friendly and enthusiastic. In the beginning it was great. But my last visit was less than perfect. I had a 1:30 appointment. After the loosening up time, my exercises started. I was rushed through them, not even having a chance to rest in between sets. Then the therapist said, that's it. I asked, are you sure? She said, yes. I thought she missed several routines, but I wasn't sure. I was back sitting in my car at 1:55. So basically they therapy took at best 15 minutes.
They provide outstanding Physical Therapy. Both Rita and Theresa, are excellent and knowledgeable. As my rehab has progressed, they are constantly checking to be sure that I am tolerating the program I highly recommend them.
Great place for excellent Physical therapy. Rita is thorough, super friendly, and I never had a better physical therapist.
I am very pleased with the care I have received here. I feel like Rachel and Rita genuinely care about their patients and I feel like more than just a number. I have received excellent, personalized, thorough care and my knee is recovering more quickly than anticipated. I highly recommend Monroe PT.
