Stressful and wasted time off work for multiple email conversations . I was the protected party on a protective order and they were still having the party contact me electronically.when I withdrew due to their inability to navigate the situation. I was let know I would still be paying them for early cancelation . Although a little further, my original childcare center handled this with a higher level of professionalism. Original Review 2025: Our experience at KinderCare has been nothing short of exceptional. From the director to the teachers and teaching assistants, everyone is absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and deeply committed to the children. I am incredibly grateful to have found Monroe KinderCare. My three-year-old had been at his previous day care since he was eight months old, so I was naturally nervous about transitioning him after our move. Kindercare of Monroe is wonderful! We have had our children with Amy and Alissa’s team since 2023. They lead a team that creates a welcoming and family-centered environment. I cannot say enough positive things about the newborn and toddler room staff. They truly provide individualized care, and the children love them! They are kind and compassionate.
