Wow. I was absolutely dreading going to the DMV. I have lived all over the country and I can honestly say that this was the best (maybe rivaling my experience in Davis (yes, college in CA) which was also pleasant. For an area bigger than a college town like Davis, I was very impressed. This DMV had pleasant people, it was clean, and quick! Worst treatment of Active duty service member. Awful people with attitude. Need serious customer service training, from the manager to each window clerk.
Mr. Muñoz help me to solve the issue with my license. Very professional and very knowledgeable. No waiting line, very clean and great location. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking and it’s located right next to Publix.
