Walked down to the DMV today with some simple questions. I’m having a baby in a week and I just needed some questions about the drivers license and the lady behind the desk was unknowlegable number 4 3/5/2025. Acted as if my questions where not good enough to be answered. I walked out very displeased. Extremely unprofessional. This place definitely needs to be reevaluated
Calling them on the phone and they ask me to hold, I hold for 15 min. They pick up the phone after 15 min of hold and ask me to hold again. I tell I’ve been holding for 15 min already, the lady on the phone goes with “Yeah well, we have customers here”. Like hello? I’m a customer too! If I’m not there in person, doesn’t mean I gotta wait more than others. Absolutely disgusting response. Very much disappointed!
Wow! Had an appointment for 10am, Didn’t get seen until 10:30am. When I finally do get seen I’m greeted by a “smiling” face from JOANN. A man before me had given her a hard time and she preceded to berate him and sent him on his way, she then proceeds to be rude to me, when all I have done is walked up to the counter. I’d rather be at the dentist than wasting my time here. Horrible customer service, hope to see better.
