Just like, it seems, everyone I talk to these days, money is tight. The professional women in that office has always treated me with respect. I was "scared" to go face to face, they made it comfortable. I want to thank them for being nice and understanding over the past couple years and helping me out!

Over the years I have gone into this office often. All the ladies were always very pleasant, knowledgeable, competent, professional & helpful .

Just wanna take the time out and Say thank you to the deputy in charge of the tax claim bureau Mindy She responded to my call. And even though they were closing up for the day was very patient. And answered my question and took the time out. When most people at closing would rush you off the phone and tell you to call back the following day. I brought up. They are rude, condescending, discriminatory, unhelpful and purposely give you false information especially the rude elderly lady who directs the department named Cindy. They need to find more qualified, professional people to work there to treat customers without prejudice, and also to provide accurate information.
