My father was a resident at this facility in 2021. While a resident there he had dental insurance that was paid through his monthly bill. My father requested that this dental insurance be cancelled in March or April of 2022. Rae, the office person assured us she would cancel it. My father went to a new facility in August of 2022 and he received a final bill for his care from Monroe City Manor. This bill included three months of dental insurance. The third shift (overnight) employees at Monroe City Manor Care Center have been ignoring calls for help from the residents. My grandmother is a current resident and can not get up to use the restroom or get a drink by herself. She has total continence and does not need nor should she be expected to wear a diaper. She has complained for days now. Her and I are both afraid that if I call to ask them to please do better and be more thorough that they will treat her worse or neglect her more.
