The literal worst. I called 35 minutes before the time I needed to be at my destination. They didn't show up until after I was late. I get it's a small town with probably only a few drivers. But at least be up front and don't tell people "he's just down the road" when he's in fact nowhere near being close. I managed to get an Uber to show up before the cab did. I'm all for supporting local businesses but that knife cuts both ways. The business also has to show it gives a damn about it's clientele
If I could do zero stars I would. I highly recommend if you're trying to get to work at least call a whole hour ahead otherwise you're going to be late. The cab is unreliable as ever. I called and waited almost an hour. I could have walked and been at the place I needed sooner. Some of the drivers are nice, others are not. They speed, they don't use the stop signs or half the lights. I've watched them almost hit a couple people in the crosswalk. I just do not recommend this cab company at all. They just took forever to get here and was late to where I needed to go
Need to learn how to drive. Didn’t stop at a stop sign which resulted in them almost hitting me with my child in the car. Very upset and irritated.
