I just have a question. I’d like to try to move there. But I need to know is there a guy named Dominic Carter living there? He harassed me when I lived in Monessen. If he’s there I can’t move there. He walks up and down the street with headphones on dancing and singing really loud. Throws things at cars. He assaulted a couple people in Westgate Manor in Monessen. He was evicted from there. Can anyone tell me if he lives there? Thank you.
No way 5 stars, NOT AT ALL!!! Not nearly as nice as you'd think and nowhere near as friendly, very clicky!!
