Cute store, not great customer service, prices are a little high This store has some unique, cute items for gifts and I like to go in and browse for new ideas. I have had several things monogrammed here and never had any issues with their work, but I will agree with the previous reviewer in that their customer service is often lacking. One of their employees in particular always seems to be irritated that you are there, like you are wasting her time. If she's working, I usually browse and leave. Efficient and great products! Cute little store and helpful employees found here! I ordered some monogrammed stockings and was so surprised how fast they were done and how cute they turned out. They have such a huge selection of both holiday and themed items as well as other gift items to choose from. The staff is very helpful in finding that perfect gift for you or that special someone!

shopper I love this store. They have such cute & unique items. I have been a customer for the past couple years and have enjoyed shopping here. VERY DISAPPOINTED! After working more than 6 months having a quilt made for our first grandchild, we used Monograms Today to personalize it. Not only was the work shoddy and sloppy, dealing with the personnel was difficult. The phrase, "The customer is always right" is not part of their vocabulary. They forgot part of the wording; the back of the quilt was a complete mess, and my husband and I had to quickly cut off the leftover paper and the numerous hanging threads before delivering it to our grandchild that afternoon.
