I’ve been a repeat customer for several years. Today I have never been so disappointed with a service provider in my life. Brought in white towels to be monogrammed last month. Picked up my pre-paid order a month later as I was not in a rush for them. Wrong monogram placed on them and she threw away the order sheet in the trash. My only proof of payment was my credit card receipt. In my bag was a monogrammed wash cloth that she did for me last summer with the correct monogram. $25 for a three letter monogram on a towel. $30 rush fee when her current wait time is apparently 1 week to a week and a half. This place never has any good service and outrageous prices. You'd think they were monogramming in gold based on their prices. Go somewhere else.

Walked in on a Tuesday at 5:30 (30 minutes before they close). Needed one jacket embroidered with a name on it. When I walked in the worker was at the back doing something so I said “Hello” to call her to the front to which she looked at me and didn’t respond, but still proceeded to walk towards me. I haven’t made any purchases yet but I did stop in one day to ask about screen printing and had a great interaction with the lady. She couldn’t help with what I wanted but recommended someone who could help and not only gave me the contact info but attempted to contact the person to confirm if they could help me. I thought that was above and beyond the normal nowadays and was very appreciative.
