NO restroom!?!? – I have shopped here for years, spending way too much money in their store. When my 3 yr old daughter was crying bc she needed to use the resroom. I asked a lady employee where there restroom was and she said they did NOT have one. I know she does not hold it all day and thought it was very rude! I have not been back.
Business response:
Of course there is a restroom. It is just not a "public" restroom. I personally have no problem offering one but unfortunately due to a close call with a curious child and a running embroidery machine we were advised not to offer a public restroom. Due to liability and safety concerns we were advised it cant be risked.
My Favorite Locally Owned Place to Shop! – I simply LOVE shopping at Monogram Express for happies for teachers, gifts for friends and well, great place for pick-me-ups for myself too! I always know I can find a unique gift for anyone on my Christmas list! I was so bummed to miss out on double punches this week, but cant wait to get back in there and fill up my frequent shopper discount card!
Best place in the South to Shop – Monogram Express is the best place to shop for yourself or for gifts. I can not say enough aboout the staff, Kristel is amazing, and the quality of the product found within the store.
Convenient Shopping – Monogram Express Is very convient shopping and alway dependable when looking for that perfect gift . They keep up with the latest trends and fashions and always helpful. Not to mention the cutest store in Brandon. Connie Tullius

HORRIBLE – I tried to exchange a defective product. After the owner explained that the issue was related to quality, she still refused to exchange it. She was RUDE and CONDESCENDING. Do NOT shop here!!!
