I recently visited Monod Sports in Banff while on a ski holiday in Canada, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service, expertise, and customer care level were exceptional from the moment we walked in. We have gone to four places in the Banff/Lake Louise area looking for a pair of ski boots for my daughter. Three of them I highly recommend and this is one of them. They had a limited selection and caught us by surprise. This is our first time skiing here. We typically ski in places like Breckenridge where spring break is an ideal time to find end of the season sales. Nonetheless, the salesperson took the time to show us what they had. My wife and I were at Monods looking for hiking boots for myself. While there we met Matt, he was quite busy nevertheless he ensured he would help us momentarily. This young man was polite, attentive, and very helpful. He certainly likes Canada and Canadians! :) We have spent much money at Monods and will continue on our next visit because of staff like Matt.
