A huge shout‑out to Monod Sports! My son ordered a helmet in a hurry, worried it might sell out, and accidentally selected in‑store pickup instead of shipping. He was so disappointed. I emailed the store, and they immediately confirmed our address and shipped it out at no extra cost. The package arrived in just two days, complete with a thoughtful personalized note. 5 stars for Web Customer Service. I received my order in the mail and found a security tag was accidentally left on the product. I called Web Customer Service since I'm not located near the store location. Jake promptly provided a method to remove the security tag at home and gave a resolution (a partial refund) for the hiccup with my order. Monod Sports is "the" place for skiing, climbing and outwear. We have purchased many skis/bindings, accessories and clothing from them and are always impressed with the broad selection, excellent pricing and fantastic staff. We dropped in today and I picked up a pair of ski pants that I could not find anywhere else. Pricing was on point and we received terrific service from Cody.
