I had a consultation about my PR process. The information shared was helpful but quite general and similar to what you can find online. The advisor mentioned I could follow up using their email, which I did shortly after the appointment, but I never received a response. That was a bit disappointing and makes me unsure if I’ll continue with their service.
I applied for my mom's super visa by myself. After getting rejected I contacted Rupinder. It was great working with her. She answered all of my questions with all the necessary information. She provided the list of the required documents. After sending all of the documents she applied for the super visa again and we got the approval this time.
