Customer service is terrible.it is impossible to get them on the phone.if you have a problem you are out of luck.better off going to an urgent care or emergency room
Terrible care from stuff and communicating with the dr. Even when in emergency situations. Save yourself from the miseries of those called heroes these days ,that stuff is not no heroes,.far from treating you as a human. This is another medical group that has gotten too big. Left Jersey Shore and transported to Columbia Presbyterian. Claimed they gave me a monitor on my leaving the hospital. They not only did not give me a monitor but I received no information on the pacemaker given to me. Columbia tech had to use different machines to find out what kind it was. Done on 11/2 and still do not have a monitor. Phone and nurse personnel very demeaning. Great credentials but forgot they are working with human beings that are many times frig... read more
