I had a great experience with them, the shop is very cool to browse around and they have a variety of bikes. Very flexible with the rental bikes!
8 June 2025: I had a Townie with collision damaged repaired. We worked with Tom on the repairs, and he made sure that we knew what our options were so that we didn't get any price surprises. The repairs where completed when promised. Very much appreciated. BTW, we originally bought the bicycle at Monkeywrench in 2018, and we've been nothing but happy with the level of service that we've received there.
