Echoing review below, customer service is absolutely NOT a priority for this shop. I've had my bike tuned and bought tubes/etc from these guys for years, so not a "new" customer. I had a flat tire at the tail end of a 25 mi ride, fortunately only 500' from their shop--had used my last CO2 cartridge last week, so was out. I walked the bike in and asked them to give me a hand changing the tire--since they had 3 guys repairing bikes and a sales person, I figured they could spend 5 minutes and help me out.
