Echoing review below, customer service is absolutely NOT a priority for this shop. I've had my bike tuned and bought tubes/etc from these guys for years, so not a "new" customer. I had a flat tire at the tail end of a 25 mi ride, fortunately only 500' from their shop--had used my last CO2 cartridge last week, so was out. I walked the bike in and asked them to give me a hand changing the tire--since they had 3 guys repairing bikes and a sales person, I figured they could spend 5 minutes and help me out. Stopped by with a wobbly crank while on the island for vacation. The guy up front wouldn’t even speculate as to whether they could fix it and return it before we were scheduled to leave the island without first paying a $40 assessment fee. And was pretty rude about it. I’ve visited many bike shops through the years, and the staff usually come across as fellow riders just helping out a new buddy. Not here.
