I don't like leaving negative reviews, i actually like the concept of this place but i am highly disappointed at my first visit to this store. I came here to get my skates profiled and its a little of a drive. I was told they would be ready on Tuesday dropped them off on Thursday, no problem. Came on Thursday, a week later to pick them up. I was told they were not ready come back at noon. After over $20 in toll charges and my time, I asked for a discount to cover some costs. Great experience with getting my basketball number beat pressed onto my jersey.
Makel did a fantastic job breaking in a couple of baseball gloves for my kids. I was blown away. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Makel. He knows his stuff!
