Hi. I was in the Ride For Youth Charity ride. Albany to Perth. Denmark was one of our stops, I had bike trouble and rang to see if they could help. The response was without any hesitation, come in and we can help. We arrived late in the afternoon and were greeted with open arms. 3 Riders needed assistance and without any questions the Monkey Rock boys went into action and solved our problems with the bikes. I was so impressed to see how professional and talented they were. Well done guys. Thank you.
Stopped is with my sons unicycle while on holidays. The service was brilliant and kind. It's a great shop, service centre.
