Bicycle Rental prices are quite high: 5 days: each day 65$ for a normal mountain bike +20 helmet+ 10 Lock. No discussion, no smiles....take it or leave it attitude of the boss and assistant....as there's no competition in Denmark.
At midday I was at a hut on the Munda Biddi track just out of Denmark with a broken derailed and only 1 day left to finish the ride to Albany. We called Monkey Rock Mountain Bike Company and spoke with Lachlan who was so helpful. We had the bike in the store an hour later and by 2.30pm the bike had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. So happy with the service I received and with the price. Can't recommend them enough. Great Job Lachlan.
Hi. I was in the Ride For Youth Charity ride. Albany to Perth. Denmark was one of our stops, I had bike trouble and rang to see if they could help. The response was without any hesitation, come in and we can help. We arrived late in the afternoon and were greeted with open arms. 3 Riders needed assistance and without any questions the Monkey Rock boys went into action and solved our problems with the bikes. I was so impressed to see how professional and talented they were. Well done guys. Thank you.
Stopped is with my sons unicycle while on holidays. The service was brilliant and kind. It's a great shop, service centre.
