Terrible service !!!!! Will never go there again !!! we where there on our friend son 5th b day party and the manager and some staff was very rude!!!! we couldn’t have our children’s water bottles in the place they told us we need to get rid of them or put them in our hot cars outside and we also couldn’t have one balloon in the birthday party room how ridiculous is that !!!!!!’ and especially the manger should be very friendly and very nice to there customers and she should know how to handle any situation friendlier way ! ... read more
We had a birthday party for a 5 year old. I would not recommend doing your party here. Our assigned host was pleasant and helpful but the management and other staff were rude, not helpful, and made the experience difficult. They have a lot of rules!!! For instance, some moms came with their children’s water bottles. This enraged the staff who kept policing the tables and room to make sure no water bottle was visible. I had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here with a mix of family, friends and classmates and it was PERFECT! I never stepped foot in a Monkey Joe’s before I was party planning and I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews, but if you want an easy, fun and affordable party, this is the place! It's good for older kids party. They have a very small section for 3 and under, but great bounce houses and slides. It's very busy on Saturday for birthday party.
