I’ve been in Monkee’s of Raleigh on several occasions and never been acknowledged by an associate and have walked out. I needed a birthday gift and was at North Hills and decided to give them one last try. Sales associates could not have been nicer and were most helpful. I thought to myself they must have changed owners. The gift (earrings) were exchanged because they were too heavy for the recipient.
