I think that Monkees is an amazing shoe and accessory store. I must say however that Michael Frazier has an incredible personality that draws customers into the business. I own too many shoes from Monkees to count and have been a customer for over 5 years. Michael is a wonderful person who exhibits phenomenal customer service. His professionalism and personalism is second to none. I will continue to purchase items there.
