If I could give it zero stars I would give it zero. I’ve got friend that have told me countless times he tried to get ahold of supervisors to check up on delays and communicated data information to his state. It took days for a supervisor to contact him back, all because no one else over the phone knew ANYTHING, it really seems like none of these employees receive any initial training, let alone any follow ups. Boooooooooooo I hate this place
Austin always is helpful and kind during our appointments. He also helped me a lot during the install.
This place is nasty! The health department should come pay a visit I been here for 20 mins and my appointment was at 3! It’s almost 3:10pm came all the way from Brunswick county because the other place in Wilmington sucks. This man didn’t greet us he knows I have an appointment clearly on the books and right now he acts like he is working but he’s on his personal phone all monitech suck I have no idea why and why would the dmv send people here it’s pitiful I left 1 star had to to post but this is 0 star for me!
