This place is nasty! The health department should come pay a visit I been here for 20 mins and my appointment was at 3! It’s almost 3:10pm came all the way from Brunswick county because the other place in Wilmington sucks. This man didn’t greet us he knows I have an appointment clearly on the books and right now he acts like he is working but he’s on his personal phone all monitech suck I have no idea why and why would the dmv send people here it’s pitiful I left 1 star had to to post but this is 0 star for me!

Customer service is a joke. They aren’t 24/7, I’ve called 5x and left my number to not receive anything in the last 5hrs. My truck was permanently locked out and I had to take my kid to the ER, ended up having my fiancé to take off work to take grab us at 1230, here we are just getting home and I’ve been on hold for 20mins….things are about to get spicy with whoever answers
