Very patient installer and instructor.
The technician is super nice and will work with you. For the whole year I had the machine in monitech in Franklin has always been excellent in service.
Never had a problem with the technician in Franklin. Excellent service there but the 1800 number is a whole nother beast its self.
The guy that was suppose to do the installation was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE. Horrible customer service. I left and went somewhere else.
A very greedy company. They tell you one thing on the phone as far as where to go for your appointment then they change the place you are suppose to go without letting you know and just try their very best to get you in trouble so they can collect more money from you. Watch them like a hawk. Every now and then you get a person that is nice to you...but that is rare.
