Every time I call with a problem with my interlock system, I have to wait for hours for them to call me back. Customer service should not take that long especially when them not calling you back leaves you stranded with a car that you cannot drive.
I mischeduled my installation, but they still worked me in and did the installation!!!!
The hickory location has great service…however the phone lines suck. I have been trying to get through for over 5 hours now and still no one has taken my call this is an emergency situation but still can’t get ahold to anyone.
