Very disappointed with my experience at the Hickory location. I had an appointment scheduled for 8/13/26 at 5:30 PM. I drove about 30 minutes to get there and arrived right on time, only to find the doors locked and the lights off. I contacted customer service and was told that the Hickory location had notified them that they would be closed, but apparently that notification was only sent internally and customers were not notified.
