Andy did a wonderful job with a clean install and deinstall. He was quick and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better representative for Monitech. Also the 24/7 customer service made scheduling appointments easy.
I owed the State a year with an interlock device from a DUI from 10 years ago. Andy help me through the program to finally close the door on tat chapter of my life. Andy is pleasant and polite, always offering words of encouragement and assistance. Good conversation and kindness. Many blessings to him and his family. Thank again Andy.
Non alcohol related fines, lots of effort blowing. Delays in start and finish trip and also turns on before run, so cant charge your phone. In first week $85 fines for code and violation. They stopped me using my truck on the Monday for work so lost money. This company sucks, its supposed to take over from Alcolock and honour priced in customers, they lied. Do yourself a massive favour go to Smart Start, incredibly easy and half the price.....stop ripping people off you sharks and hustlers.
Tech is very knowledgeable. Device is easy to blow into. Appointment only NO walkins as there is only one employee.
Andy at the south durham was a great guy to work with. He made the process easy and explained all the intricacies of the system to prevent any problems.
