Tech is very knowledgeable. Device is easy to blow into. Appointment only NO walkins as there is only one employee.
Andy at the south durham was a great guy to work with. He made the process easy and explained all the intricacies of the system to prevent any problems.
They have the worst customer service don't listen to what your saying and its they way or now way
Situation sucks and Monitech’s phones reps suck but Andy at this location was compassionate and very helpful.
