Andy was very kind and helpful during the last year I had to report to this location. He always had a positive attitude and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Anyone who has gone through a DWI knows that it's a pain, but Andy truly made it an easier experience. I really appreciated it.
The installer in Durham was excellent to work with and successfully completed the installation on my 335i. This was after a terrible experience with another technician at the Greensboro location, who was unable to complete the job. If you have a BMW, I highly recommend taking it to the Durham location, where the technician has actual experience working on German cars.
I'll try to keep a long story short.... The Monitech Interlock device in my car started freaking out: The alarm was going off randomly and incessantly; it was telling me an arrival test was required while I was driving on the interstate, and then request another arrival test 90 seconds later, etc. It was infuriating! Andy Fishman replaced the interior unit twice, and only on my third visit did he then replace the entire system. That finally worked! The unit now performs as it should.
