Staff was the most outstanding I’ve worked with. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
Faulty equipment which has cost me an arm and a leg. I would suggest anyone dealing with this please use another company
The customer service at the Raleigh location 5540 Atlantic Springs Rd was phenomenal. Would give more stars if it wasn’t for the equipment. I did everything that they showed me and it said I had a violation 3 days in a row. The first one was their fault, during installation which they told me they “wouldn’t count as my free one because it was their fault” then I’m being charged for them to fix it 2 days later. Had it removed and will be going to a different company.
This company messed my car up not knowing how to properly install the device no I have not been in touch with management whenever I ask for supervisor I'm told that we're customers are not allowed to speak to supervisors my check engine light is still on and where he ran that wire he broke my dashboard literally
