I represent an auto repair shop trying to repair a car for one of Monitech's customers. When applying for a bypass code so that our mechanics can operate the vehicle in order to provide repairs, I was told we would have to wait 24-48 hours. This car has been disabled in our parking lot this entire time, blocking a main thoroughfare and making it extremely difficult to conduct business. Kevin is the man! Always makes every visit smooth and easy. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. Definitely makes my visits here enjoyable seeing him! Edit: as of August 7th. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Set an appointment for August 5th @ 10 am. Installer decided to go on vacation this week while Monitech doesn't notify anyone at all. 2 other clients arrived for their appointment only to be told the same as me. Called support Tuesday.
