** pay more, go with another company*** Horrible service and nothing as advertised This company has been trouble since I started and its only been 3 months. They often aren't at location for appointments, rescheduled every appointment so far and often have to drive to Wilson or Greenville because of reschedule. customer service is ineffective, and everything is a hassle. Customer service is to timely you could be in one the best but you gonna maybe 2 days before a call back. Who would know man at the desk tells you to reschedule only to find that within 3 days of your scheduled appointment the shuts down.Once again to find out the monitech you go to isn't open that day.
