The young man that helped me was courteous and fast. Also when calling I've found phone service to be courteous and friendly.
The Rockingham, NC location is AWFUL. The appointment time went as told, but as soon as we left we made a stop to run and errand, tried to get back in the car and start it up, but the car would not start. We called the customer service line SIX times and each time Monitech told us it was our car's fault and it must be the battery. No, it wasn't the battery.
