If I could leave ZERO stars I would.. totaled my car almost a month and a half ago and have since been BEGGING them to remove the interlock from the vehicle which is no longer even mine and has already been paid for by insurance (if that tells you how long I’ve been calling) already installed a SECOND device in a new vehicle because who has time to wait for a swap! Horrible in Fayetteville called a month in advance took up to from work to get install and was greeted with canceled appt with no care. No letting me know beforehand the tech said he was sick so how long did he know he was sick? My appointment was at 1pm got there at 12:55pm. He could have reached out to me the same they reached out to remind me of my appointment the day before. He didn't look ill at all I wouldn't recommend them because the tech in Fayetteville has zero care for customers
