Great service working with Raza and his team. They provide great advise, help with tight schedule and last minute changes and responsive through the entire process. I have been working with them for 2 years and will highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Raza and the Monily team. Not only did they do my business and personal taxes quickly and efficiently - and reduce my expected bill - but the level of communication was outstanding. I really value communication and customer service, and Monily was top-notch.
i booked an appointment for 30 minutes phone-call consultancy with them but nobody called me. it seems they are not physically here in Texas but remotely operating that's not good as a professional accounting firm. There are 2 companies in the name of Monily here in Texas that made me confused as well.
We've had a good start with Monily and really like working with Mariam. She has a good understanding of Quickbooks and very knowledgeable about proper bookkeeping. The rest of their team is responsive. We hope to work with them for the long term!
