I came here hoping for real tax-resolution help with a California Franchise Tax Board levy and multiple unfiled years, and unfortunately this office was not equipped to handle my situation at all. First red flag: they told me to come in at 11 AM, but when I arrived the office wasn’t even open until 12 PM. No apology, no acknowledgment — the same person who booked the appointment just acted like nothing happened. That already told me something was off in terms of professionalism.
