I had a bad experience with this company. It’s a premium service which charges $5000 for hiring a candidate, but they didn’t follow through with providing quality or respectful people. We needed a part time housekeeper. The start was smooth with setting up interviews and trials. The first candidate we hired was subpar, and we asked to change her, which was allowed in the contract. This company doesn’t abide by there word. I recommended 2 people whom got hired and I never got the recommendation compensation and this was over 2 years ago. Then they pretend to email me a check but never ever called or emailed me back to proceed. Do not go with this company for a nanny.

I was very pleased with my experience using MoniCare. Grace was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She provided me with all the info and resources we needed. We were looking to hire a part time housekeeper in a short time frame and were very pleased with how easy and quick the process was. We worked with Grace Gall to find a full-time nanny for our three month old. We had not secured childcare prior to her being born as we were unsure of what our needs (or location) would be. I had a great experience with MoniCare I was impressed with the on line- application which at the end makes it so much more easy when they interview you. I noticed right away that the software they use gives you the chance to select jobs around you not only by selecting a neighborhood which I thought it was pretty cool. They are very informative and direct. Plus they don't send you where they want or get upset if you didn't like the job. I would recommend them. I found a fantastic family ! through them and I am very happy.
