Unfortunately, we hired Monica to notarize our customer in the Hanford area. Monica rescheduled over 3 times, ran out of ink, and asked the customer to print the docs for her. She would not notarize a Power of Attorney case for a military family after we explicitly explained it was a POA case, left the customer in the middle of the notarization, and then billed the customer over $160 after we asked her to bill our company.
