Monica made this process so easy. She was super positive and on top of everything. Went as far as traveling to me during my busy schedule to make things happen. Seemed to have the answer to everything and I even learned a couple things. I will definitely be recommending Monica to others in the future and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again.

Monica did a great job of going above and beyond with the process. She was even able to identify some opportunities on how I could easily improve my overall credit score regardless of the status of my approval. Additionally, she worked with my realtor in preparing cost analysis for me to consider when deciding what home to purchase. Monica was an absolute 10 out of 10 with all the work she did. My family and I are so happy to have gotten to work woth her.
