Once you find an amazing RMT, you hold them close and tell all your friends. Monica's massages are delicious! She initially fixed the problem in my neck and upper back many months ago and now I regularly see Monica for relaxation massages or to relieve targeted stress-related issues that might occasionally arise. The environment is VERY relaxing. From hot towels, a glass of water with lemon, a hairband, eucalyptus when you are on your belly so your nose doesn't get plugged...she thinks of it all! Excellent therapy, instant pain relief and exceptional for long term adjustments over time. Monica significantly reduced the pain that I had been living with and tolerating for several years in my right shoulder and lower back. She knew exactly where to target the source of my pain and increase my range of motion through therapy and suggestive stretches. Highly recommend.
