*DO NOT RECOMMEND* Paid Monica the retainer to assist with a tenant eviction situation. A notice to vacate was sent however, Monica then became unresponsive. Many e-mails and telephone calls were made to get her assistance, none were returned. It is disappointing to have someone be unprofessional and unresponsive after the initial conversations pre-retainer. If this is not a case that Monica could handle, it should have been stated from the start.
