Im giving a 4 star rating only because I haven’t had the chance to meet with a lawyer, however, the intake specialist was wonderful. I called from the hospital because I was mainly worried about my hospital bills, I told her my story and it’s the way she empathized with me. I didn’t get the ambulance chaser vibes from her, what I got was that she wanted to help, she answered all my immediate questions and gave me peace of mind.
