This is THE WORST company I have ever had to deal with!!!!! My car broke engine blew up after 3 months (March 2025), was repaired and returned after another 2 months (May 2025), was the engine then blew up the next day! I was then entitled to a refund because of a failed repair and was told it should take 2 weeks for the return and a refund for my payments of £500 a month, and my £3,000 deposit. Been a customer for nearly 4 years with no issues. No missed payments. No problems. Entered financial hardship and was aware I would struggle to make payment for August and so contacted early in the month (payment due 16th) to inform and make arrangements for a payment plan to cover arrears. (Spoke with Razwana) Agreed everything on the phone with usual payments to restart in September plus additional payment for 5 months with a view to clearing arrears in February. All good. Disgrace of a company. Car purchased developed an engine fault, had to fight for 4 months to get it looked at then got it back and engine fault is still there. Waited another 3 weeks for an inspection which still hasn’t been booked. Constant lies from their customer service team that have all been caught on recorders calls and sent to ombudsman. If you want a life of stress then use these absolutely inept chocolate teapots of an outfit. Waited 3 weeks for a manager call back. They don’t care that you can’t get your children ... read more

Awful company to deal with. They have no intrest in you or the sate of the cars which they sell you. They will not help in any way. My cars engine blew up ten months in to my five year contract and they refused to be of assistance at all. I had to put my aelf in to voluntary termination of the car and now i have been waiting four minths for them to collect it. I do not recommend. Just go and buy a second hand csr you will save your self so much head stress. I can not stress enough this company is awful.
