Was a customer of these for 2 and half years. Initially I was happy overall. But due to the spiralling insurance costs I decided to do a voluntary termination as I was at the 50% point. They are now trying to charge me £170 for a service on the car that they state as an interval of 12 months or 12000 miles. 2016 (66) plate BMW 335d Msport. Im absolutely disgusted the way you have treated my 76 year old uncle. He purchased a car in Feb and was enthusiastic at finding such an understanding company, as not many companies would give finance to someone at his time of life. Wouldn't recommend to anyone decided after 4 year i would voluntary terminate my contract then because of recovery company not doing their job properly they only took picture of inside my glove box and not of the folder within the glove box that contained the service history these scammers charged £170 for missing history on the day I received the report saying i owe £170 i phoned and they told me that my account was in arrears due to the charge and would go down on my credit file as arrears and late payment so I said so I'v... read more
Not consistent with advice they give. Staff needs better training. One person tells you one thing and then a week later someone else tells you something different. Very disappointed with overall service
Absolute disgrace of a company! Engine blew up, failed to get this fixed under warranty, then the garage that it was purchased from went into administration. Was advised they was writing off the car, heard nothing. Fails ri call back and breaches GDPR too
