Carolyn was amazing. She’s so friendly and kind. She’s a genuine person and she even remembered who I was! She’s a star!
Yazmin was super helpful, fought her way through some quirks of their system, which to be honest, was kind of a breath of fresh air given the state of customer service these days. Unnecessarily costly the process was given what I should be able to do having an bank account, I was quite pleasantly surprised by how easy this process ended up being.
Charges for cashing an official check are crazy!
