Terrible gold buying service! Took over 1 1/2 hours to estimate and test a few grams of gold. Untrained and rude customer service. Also, average price. Go someone where else.
I used to like going to this place, but they have new rules and regulationsthat make the whole thing completely lame!!!! My credit limit was 750.00 and they lowerd it to \$200.00 just because i used the extended repayment program.I came in one day with a paystub and they copied it and came back the next day to get a loan, and they had to see it again!!! BOGUS!! the customer service used to be really good, but now I can see through there phony "nice to see you" act I have spent a lot of money at this place Im done with them g... read more

Hi Im Valerie and i was having alot of trouble with my pre-paid visa untill i changed locations, now that i have found the right branch i no longer have the hassle and inconvience that i have had in the past thanks to the awesome ladys at the 12510 sprague location, I almost got rid of my card but thx to the ladys here im doing great and finally enjoying the card.

I feel that Money Tree is a great company and provides a wonderful service. I specifically like the Money Tree on East Sprague in the Spokane Valley. I have a 2 year old in diapers and so you know when you run out of diapers a few days before payday; money tree payday loans come in handy. The employees there are very friendly and very helpful. thanks again
Everytime I go into this branch I am met by a courteous, friendly, and helpful representative. They are always eager to answer any questions I might have and I have never once felt uncomfortable. I can go in first thing on Sunday mornings, last thing on Friday night or any time and the atmosphere is still the same. Great place!

I go to Money Tree to receive Western Union money orders. The people that help me are always courteous and professional. I really enjoy my experience there an would recommend Money Tree to anyone in need of their services.
