Both my husband, and I, have been able to get payday loans for years and have never had a problem with paying them off. Now, all of a sudden, he can't get a payday loan due to my bankruptcy that was filed before my husband and I even met AND was paid off in 2009 AND we were told that I should have never been getting payday loans to begin with. The only way my husband could get a payday loan is if he opens a separate checking account. What a load of crap!!
