i will not tell my friends i was treated bad at federal way money tree porta rican lady says that i signed where yhey can take money out of my account on the first because i get paid on the first i told her i wanted the 4th she said the payment has left to my bank. there wad nothing more they can do i. caing for both of th to be fired are they need more training
Had the most wild experience here just now. They were requesting me to show proof I was injured in a car wreck in order to cash a check i got from my insurance for $500 there is absolutely no reason she would need this information or let alone help her in any way cash the check.

The worse service I ever seen before, these guys are calling people after 8;00pm and ask them when they will return money ! It’s not acceptable!!!
I have been coming to this location since moving here 15 years ago. Other employees (Charlene, Marlene, Michael and Stephen) were/are very friendly, helpful, professional with good customer service. Today, when I visited Moneytree to conduct a transaction (sending/receiving $). I observed the Manager, Hispanic female (My) being very rude to the customers, me included. She needs better customer service training or you will have less customers at this location.
