They were quick and professional and very respectful.
I have used this Federal Way branch multiple times—five times in total, including just last week—to wire money without issue. Today, I came in to send $1,500. Instead of routine service, I was subjected to hostile, suspicious interrogation by the employees on duty, Gabby and Allie. While I understand basic compliance questions, their behavior went far beyond professional verification. Gabby gave ultimately rude unprofessional service. We have been here multiple times and never had a problem. We have family in Costa rica and I send money to help my family. She was harassing my husband and making him not only feel bad and humiliated, in the money tree federal way store she was not explaining why she was cutting off our western union transaction.
