Rude.
I’m not sure why the manager acts the way she does. She could handle situations with better professionalism. She definitely has horrible customer service when it comes to helping people she doesn’t want to assist.
Im not sure why my review disappeared but i will leave i here again. This was my first time at this location, and I would not come here again. I came in to cash a check, and the lady I was talking to, who was the manager, was nice at first. She called the number on file to verify my check. The person picked up, but she only let them talk for less than 10 seconds before hanging up. Then she called my phone number on file to see if it matched, and my phone rang. Horrible experience the Mexican lady was rude and didn't know how to verify a check I got from work! She called spoke to Hr and still didn't do it - spend 30 mins to verify She needs to get terminated because she is vey racist to be honest she only treat Mexicans right Feel free to reach out and I can give you more information
