Really good experience! I went to Moneytax for the first time and felt very well looked after. The refund came through quickly and the tax agent was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
Very impressed with them and gave us a lot of advice and attention via the annual tax process
Absolutely the worst tax centre and a huge waste of time. Both James Haywood and Robert Grafton offered zero financial support or advice. Emails are not read prior to meetings and I had to keep pointing out things to look out for. After all that, instead of offering advice on how best to lodge my tax returns, they just leave emails with "it is best to go to another tax agent". They would not reply my phone calls. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I have wasted a few hours across 4 weeks which I could have lodged it ... read more
